When Will My Order Ship?

Our products are built by hand at our warehouse in Washington. Our current order processing times are around 5-10 business days from your order date. When your order ships out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Transit time to the delivery destination will depend on which method of shipping you choose at checkout. Engraving can add up to 5 additional days for processing. We operate Monday through Friday 8am-3pm, and we are closed for all major holidays. 
Please note, your shipping option that you have chosen will not change processing time.  

Standard FedEx Shipping - Our FedEx shipping option usually takes around 1-3 business days in transit. Please note, if you are using a PO box, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. 

FedEx International Priority - This service usually takes around 10-15 business days for delivery, however this one can vary quite a bit due to customs. Please note, our shipping fee does not include any customs or duties fees that may be due prior to delivery of your package.

DHL International - This service usually takes around 2-4 weeks for delivery, however this one can vary quite a bit due to customs. Please note, our shipping fee does not include any customs or duties fees that may be due prior to delivery of your package.
