What is the Trayvax Return Policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To return your product, please visit your customer account to start that return. The link to get there can be found here. Once your return request is submitted, a member of our team will review the request and get back to you with a shipping label that can be used to send that item in for return.
Please note that all custom engraved and international orders are final sale (includes international military bases). Belts that have been resized are also final sale.
