Our warranty covers products purchased directly through our website (https://www.trayvax.com) or through one of our authorized resellers. Proof of purchase required including a receipt, original order number, or the full name and email address of the purchaser. Please note that when going through the warranty process, in some cases you may be asked to cover a shipping fee.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, loss, loss of parts, theft, cosmetic wear, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Some examples of what our warranty does not cover includes:scratches, dents, chipping, loss of metal coloring, coatings, leather stretching, adjustable pieces falling out/off wallets, stripped screws, animals ripping leather, bent plates (from misuse such as with a screwdriver, being ran over by a car, etc.).
Please note your wallet was made by hand and there may be slight imperfections. These imperfections make your wallet unique to you and give your wallet the character it deserves!
Repair
Not covered by warranty? Don't fret! Some issues not covered by warranty may be sent in for repair. We will repair your product at cost of materials and shipping. Please send us a photo of your wallet at support@trayvax.com for more information regarding repairs.
We also do not cover minor cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents to the leather. Many customers like the “worn in” look and color of their leather over time, but if for any reason you’d like to replace your current leather, you can ship your wallet to us and have it re-leathered for a $20 re-leathering fee. Please contact us at support@trayvax.com to set up a repair order.
When emailing us with a warranty claim, please provide your name, proof of purchase, and a picture if possible. There is a shipping and handling charge for all replacement parts and repairs.
