Missing Screws

Missing Screws

When working with smaller screws you may notice that over time they are starting to come loose or completely fall out when you are using them. Lost screws and missing parts are not something that is covered under warranty, but we want to make sure that we can help you the best way that we can. Here are some tips on different things you can do to help keep your screws intact.

If you have noticed screws falling out more often than they should, in some cases adding some Loctite or similar in with the screws can be helpful in making sure they stay in place. This is especially recommended on products like our Tracer AirTag holder.
If you are a Contour user and you have noticed that your screws are working themself loose, in some cases new screws can help get that fixed if you are not wanting to add Loctite on there. Loctite being added onto the Contour can make adjusting the strap and post difficult, but if you know those parts will not be moving for quite some time adding that in there can help keep those screws in place.

To get replacement screws for your products, reach out to us at support@trayvax.com with a photo of your product and where you are missing pieces from. Then we can take a look and get you lined up with the replacement parts that you are needing.
