How To Start A Return

We're sorry to hear your order didn't work out for you. You can start your return by going to your customer account
Please note that all custom engraved and international orders are final sale.

Once we receive your return request, as long as it meets all return requirements, a member of our team will reach out to you with a shipping label that can be used to send that item into our warehouse.

Once it is received back at our warehouse, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Once the refund is issued, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account.

If you have any issues with our returns process, please reach out to us at support@trayvax.com.
