Overview:
The Contour Wallet is designed for a precise and personalized carry experience. Whether you're packing light or carrying the full capacity of cards and cash, this guide will walk you through how to adjust the leather strap for the perfect fit.
Your Contour Wallet arrives factory-built. This ensures your cards are secure, but may require initial adjustments depending on your carry style. The wallet is built to support anywhere from 1 to 13 cards, but like all genuine leather products, it needs time to break in.
T6 Torx screwdriver (included with your wallet)
Your everyday carry card setup (we recommend loading your usual number of cards before adjusting)
Use the T6 Torx tool to slightly loosen the screws around the perimeter of the wallet.
You don’t need to remove them—just loosen enough so the metal plates can move freely.
Slide the leather strap anchor points inward or outward.
Inward = tighter fit
Outward = more room for cards and cash
You want a snug fit without straining the leather.
If you move the leather strap, you’ll also need to adjust the front post.
Move it up to loosen
Move it down to tighten
This keeps the alignment correct and maintains the security of the strap.
Once you’ve found your preferred setup, tighten all screws back down firmly.
Optional: Apply a small drop of low-strength threadlocker (like Loctite) to keep screws from loosening over time.
If your wallet feels too tight:
Load one extra card than you typically carry.
Leave it packed like this for 2–3 days to help relax the leather.
Then remove the extra card—your regular cards should now slide in and out more easily.
