How do I get replacement velcro for my Trayvax Original?
With the release of our Original 2.0, we have discontinued production of the Trayvax Original and the replacement parts, but do not fret! You are still covered under our 65-Year Heirloom Warranty. You will need to send your Original 1.0 wallet to us and in you will receive credit towards a future purchase. Please send an email to support@trayvax.com with a photo of your Trayvax Original and your order information and we are happy to assist you through the warranty process.
