If you have any warranty questions or need to file a warranty claim, it is best to reach out by email to support@trayvax.com with a photo of your wallet. A photo allows us to take a better look at the wallet and the issue you are describing. 

Follow the steps below to file a warranty claim:

- Take a photo of your wallet.

- Send an email to support@trayvax.com with the following info:

    - Photo of the problem area on your wallet as well as a photo of your whole wallet (we want to make sure we are helping you in regards to the correct wallet)

    - Description of what problem is happening

    - Any original order information you can provide

    - Your name and contact information
