How Do I Exchange My Order For Something Else?

Unfortunately, our system does not support a formal exchange process. (Please note as well that all engraved, seconds, and international orders are final sale) However, you have a couple of options available:

1. **Purchase the Item You Desire:** You may choose to purchase the item you'd like to exchange for immediately. This ensures you receive the desired product without delay. We will then refund your previous order once we receive the incorrect item you send back to us.

or

2. **Initiate a Return:** If you prefer to wait until your refund has been processed before making a new purchase, you can start the return process for the item you no longer want by logging into your customer account.

Once you've submitted your return request and it meets all the necessary requirements, a member of our team will contact you with a shipping label to send the item back to our warehouse.

Please note the following timeline for returns:
- Allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
- It may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
