Element Too Loose

Element Too Loose

The Element wallet does not have a traditional snap, the tension of the cards in the wallet is what keeps the closure secure, if you reduce the amount of cards you're carrying, you may find that the wallet doesn't stay closed.

To restore the Element wallet to factory tension we recommend using the soaking method listed here (but let it dry empty),
Please note it may take repeated tries to get the tension correct.

Another option would be to add another card in your wallet.

If you continue to have this problem we do offer an Element re-leather service for $20. Reach out to us at support@trayvax.com to start the repair process.
